My Hero Painting

This is a painting I did in an Art class over a year ago. It was our final project. We had to choose our hero, and while most people picked a person, I know I would have mutilated anyone I tried to actually draw and paint. So I chose the World Wildlife Fund, as I am an avid animal lover and strongly believe in animal rights.

It's not the greatest, but it turned out much better than I ever thought it would, considering I am NOT an artist in any way, shape or form.

There's still some work I want to do with it. Like fix the splotches on the sky. That happened at the end when I tried to fix some patchier areas, and couldn't mix the paint properly to get it the original colour again. So I'm going to just repaint the whole sky. I also want to get rid of the butterfly and add more greenery at the bottom.
